“AY-YA” produces cold-pressed hazelnut oil. Their project involves the purchase of equipment for an innovative production process that utilises more than 80% of the raw material and therefore generates significantly less waste. This innovative production process will make it possible to expand the company’s product range, involve other hazelnut producers in the Srem region and enable the development of female entrepreneurship through organised retraining of women from vulnerable groups to work with the new machinery.
