The innovation involves advanced production of green feed – so-called hydroponic mass – from cereals. This feed is available for harvesting throughout the year, independent of climate and temperature conditions. This solution will produce 1.5 tonnes of green hydroponic mass on a 50m2 surface area, using especially designed modular containers that have not been used in Serbia until now. This feed is not grown in soil, but in a water-based solution. This saves resources and ensures a stable supply of organic feed for the livestock.
